Job summary

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to set the ML direction and drive end-to-end post-training for LLMs. You will design agent harnesses, multi-agent workflows, and evaluation frameworks to improve dialogue quality, safety, and persona consistency.

This is a remote, full-time role with global collaboration. Ideal candidates have deep Python expertise, Transformers experience, and practical knowledge of SFT/LoRA/PEFT, data curation, and production LLm integration.

Qualifications

• Expert Python and clean code practices for production ML.
• Hands-on experience with Transformers and LLMs.
• Experience with fine-tuning, SFT/LoRA/PEFT and evaluation workflows.
• Dataset building, data cleaning, deduplication and preference data.
• Ability to design agent harnesses with tool-using capabilities.
• Experience in production LLm integration, API usage and observability.

Responsibilities

• Set the ML direction and tie bets to business needs.
• Drive LLM post-training and model adaptation end-to-end.
• Design and build multi-agent workflows and harnesses.
• Create evaluation frameworks and LLM-as-a-judge systems.
• Improve dialogue quality, memory, safety and persona consistency.
• Ship production systems affecting user experience and monetization.
