Job summary

Logoslabs is seeking a product-minded Applied Data Scientist or ML Engineer to build and scale ML-powered products that help customers make smarter decisions and grow their businesses. This role emphasizes shipping from problem definition to production, including data pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, and measurable impact in a real product.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers, own end-to-end ML features, and balance accuracy with latency, explainability, and business

Qualifications

• 3+ years (ideally 5+) of applied data science, ML engineering, or ML in production products.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with hands-on experience in ML libraries and frameworks (Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience with MLOps concepts (model versioning, feature pipelines, orchestration via Airflow/dbt/Dagster, monitoring, drift detection) and modern data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks).
• Hands-on experience operating in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End ML Ownership: drive development of ML capabilities powering customer-facing SaaS products.
• Pipeline & Model Development: design data and feature pipelines from discovery to deployment and monitoring.
• Product Integration: embed ML into product workflows and user experiences.
• Pragmatic Prototyping: balance accuracy, interpretability, latency, and business impact.
• Evaluation & Experimentation: define offline/online evaluation strategies and A/B tests.
