Job summary

Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Remote Clinical Counselor Floater to deliver non-medical counseling and SAIL case management to Navy personnel and families.

The role is primarily remote with potential in-person surge support and travel as needed. You will conduct intake and assessments, provide individual, couples, and group counseling, and maintain FFSMIS documentation while coordinating referrals across DoD programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling (CACREP) or related field with applicable licensure.
• Active, valid clinical license or certification (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC, etc.).
• Minimum two years post-master’s supervised clinical experience.
• Experience meeting Tier II clinical practitioner standards as a remote clinician.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake, screening, assessment, and referral of clients as appropriate.
• Provide individual and couples, and group counseling.
• Perform accurate assessment and plan effective treatment.
• Maintain counseling case documentation in FFSMIS and other policies.
• Provide surge support remotely or in-person across Navy regions as needed.
