The candidate will deliver IEP-driven instruction, coordinate with families, and manage all required documentation to support student progress in an online setting. The position requires a state Special Education license, a Bachelor's degree, and at least six months of student teaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and a valid State Special Education teaching license.
• Six months of student teaching experience.
• Ability to obtain state reciprocity within 60 days of employment if license is from another state.
• Strong communication with families and collaboration with staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction and manage the learning process for students with IEPs.
• Develop compliant IEPs and progress reports.
• Lead and participate in IEP meetings and related sessions.
• Collect data and monitor progress toward IEP goals.
• Provide synchronous and asynchronous online learning experiences.
• Maintain grade book and communicate with families about student progress.
• Travel up to 20% for training, testing, or required activities.
