Ideal candidates have deep knowledge of middle school ELA, strong communication, and adaptive teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of literary analysis, informational text, grammar and writing conventions.
• Ability to explain theme analysis, figurative language, essay structure and citations.
• Familiarity with middle school ELA standards and high school prep readiness.
• Able to adapt instruction to diverse learners and use multiple teaching approaches.

Responsibilities
