Job summary

PNC is seeking a Mid Office Services Specialist for its Private Bank, coordinating loan processes from application to booking. The role may be based at multiple Private Bank hub locations, with core hours 8:00 AM–4:00 PM PT and potential remote work in select locations.

Ideal candidates have lending experience and knowledge of lending processes; interaction with clients and partners is possible. The position includes in-office participation as needed, with visa sponsorship not provided.

Qualifications

• University/college degree required.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Background checks are required under CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Under limited guidance, completes a variety of highly technical, complex client transactions with accurate coding and policy adherence.
• Proactively identifies and manages risk, coordinating with external counsel and other business units as needed.
• Meets with clients and partners to address and resolve requests.
• Serves as point person for middle-office processes for complex client requests.
• Pursues continuing education to enhance skills and knowledge.
