Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience in insurance.
• 10 most recent years of Commercial Lines Property & Casualty experience.
• Strong risk assessment and underwriting decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate risk selection with proper insured classification.
• Make underwriting decisions on risk acceptability and pricing.
• Manage a portfolio of new and renewal business.
• Develop relationships with producers, brokers, and reinsurers.
• Maintain file documentation according to guidelines.
• Achieve underwriting profit within assigned book.
