SynergenX is seeking a full-time mid-level provider to deliver care for women's hormone replacement therapy remotely in Texas.

We are a health clinic dedicated to improving men's and women's health through hormone replacement therapy and weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to serve as a full-time provider, delivering quality care specifically for women's hormone replacement. Our goal is to offer personalized and accessible care to women, empowering them to manage their health and wellness effectively from home.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in women's health and hormone replacement therapy and a commitment to patient-centered care. About The Position

1. Conduct virtual consultations and follow-up appointments with patients seeking hormone replacement therapy.
2. Develop individualized HRT plans based on patient needs, medical history, and current health status.
3. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and education.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
5. Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
6. Collaborate with Supervising MD.

Requirements

1. Sound medical decision-making abilities.
2. Strong patient relationship skills.
3. Active TX state APRN or PA license in good standing.
4. No current or pending disciplinary actions on licenses.
5. Reliable high-speed internet at home.
6. Current DEA License in Texas.
