We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Access Developer to join a dynamic and well-established software team. If you enjoy working on bespoke software projects and want to contribute to a long-running success story, this role offers plenty of variety, autonomy, and technical challenge.

What You’ll Do

Join a privately owned company that has been developing custom business software for over 25 years. Working alongside a team of 40+ developers, you will help design, build, and maintain tailor-made software solutions for a wide range of clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining complex Microsoft Access database applications
• Optimising existing databases and applications
• Carrying out data analysis and data migration
• Conducting requirements analysis with internal and external stakeholders
• Documenting data structures, processes and workflows

Your Profile

• Strong experience developing with Microsoft Access
• Excellent knowledge of VBA and SQL
• Solid understanding of database design and architecture
• Experience integrating Access within the broader Microsoft Office environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Enjoy working independently and delivering high-quality, precise code
