Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of bacterial, fungal, and algal systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in investigating microbial structure and physiology.
• Strong written and verbal communication for technical collaboration.
• Ability to document processes clearly for AI integration.
• Remote, digital-first work environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze development, morphology, and behavior of microorganisms including bacteria, fungi, and algae.
• Contribute to study of relationships between microorganisms and disease, supporting medical microbiology projects.
• Assess impact of antibiotics and other agents on microbial populations for AI model accuracy.
• Document experimental findings and processes with clarity for AI training data.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure scientific rigor and data integrity in AI development.
• Provide written and verbal expertise on microbiological phenomena and their relevance to real-world and computational contexts.
• Utilize rubrics and established evaluation criteria to assess data quality for AI training workflows.
