Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital advertising with direct response experience.
• Exceptional quantitative reasoning and data analysis skills, including Excel.
• Proven track record managing high-spend Meta campaigns ($1M+/month).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to work Pacific Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine media buying strategies to maximize ROI across clients.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns with bids, performance tuning and ROAS.
• Analyze campaign metrics to uncover actionable insights and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams on data-driven solutions.
• Allocate ad budgets to move the needle and improve outcomes.
• Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling stories for stakeholders.
