Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, an RTX company, seeks a remote MES Business Analyst to support the Digital MES tower. You will design, develop, enhance, and implement MES solutions, bridging business processes with MES capabilities while coordinating with SAP ERP integrations and other enterprise systems.

Key opportunities include working with a COE, contributing to MES roadmaps, and collaborating with internal customers and suppliers across global sites. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or advanced degree with 5+ years’ related experience.
• 3+ years’ experience with MES disciplines including process planning and work order execution preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements to functional specifications.
• Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Bridge gaps between business processes and MES functionality and capabilities.
• Translate customer requirements into solution designs and author functional specs.
• Collaborate with DevOps for solution management and testing.
• Support integration with SAP ERP and other enterprise solutions.
• Work on multiple projects with gated reporting and strong follow-up.
