Job summary

Corporate Tools LLC is seeking a Merchant Services Associate to support outbound calls for credit card processing consultations and to help merchants apply for merchant accounts. You will use a consultative sales approach to match products to client needs and drive growth, with a focus on providing excellent service and building relationships.

This flex position is remote-friendly (not required in office). We offer up to $18.50 per hour, 22 days PTO plus holidays, employer-paid

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to clients for credit card processing consultations
• Consult with merchants to ensure they have efficient, cost-effective products
• Use a consultative sales approach to convert leads to merchant account applications
• Review processing needs and recommend viable solutions to drive merchant growth
• Provide superior customer service and relationship management as the department grows
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
• Timely and professional follow up on pricing quotes
• Have fun building something great
• Support other customer service groups as needed
