Job summary

Cencora seeks a Merchandiser to support its distribution services in the US. The role involves implementing store standards, stocking optimization, data-driven replenishment, and cross-functional collaboration with pharmacy and sales teams.

The position requires 2–4 years of related experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to travel 35% (potentially more). Remote work is allowed but candidates must be located in West Virginia.

Qualifications

• Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or related areas.
• Two to four years of directly related, progressive experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement company standards for store appearance and merchandise arrangement with in-store personnel.
• Assist new customers with initial store setup and stocking techniques.
• Evaluate stock levels and replenish by ordering or advising quantities.
• Remove damaged/outdated merchandise and manage returns for qualified stores.
• Relocate products, reset stores, and label inventories as needed.
• Merchandise specific categories using planograms with data insights.
• Serve as front-end consultant on product placement and merchandising concepts.
• Use ABC reporting data to gauge sales and order from DCs; create tailored reports for stores.
• Prepare Store Layout & Design drawings using Visio for qualified customers.
• Record store activities in CRM; maintain communications with Pharmacy and Sales teams.
• Attend district/regional meetings and trainings as needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
