Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to support our distribution services in the US. This remote role requires residence in Riverside, Moreno Valley, or Corona, CA area and entails a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with 50%+ travel including overnights.

You will implement store standards, assist with setup, manage stock, create planograms using Visio, and generate reports from ABC data and CRM records. Collaboration with Pharmacy, Health Systems, and Sales teams is key.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Implement store appearance standards with in-store personnel.
• Assist new customers in initial store setup and stocking techniques.
• Evaluate stock levels and replenish inventory.
• Remove damaged merchandise and manage returns process.
• Relate product relocation, store resets, and labeling to inventory.
• Create planograms and store layouts using Visio.
• Record activities in CRM and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
