Qualifications

• Related post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years’ retail experience, including merchandising, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly merchandising set work plan strategies at store level, including refreshes and conversions.
• Maintain store presentation standards, fixtures, planograms, displays and POP installations.
• Train store personnel on set execution and communicate insights to management.
• Collaborate with territory managers and service leadership; report on execution and issues.
• Travel up to 90% within the assigned region; assist with regional trade shows and events.
