Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Merchandising Specialist to manage merchandising sets, conversions and new product categories across national retail accounts in an assigned territory. The role reports to the Sales Operations manager and emphasizes in-field execution, training and reporting.

You will execute set installations and displays, maintain planograms, and coordinate with third-party merchandisers. Travel up to 90% is required, with remote work option where feasible.

Qualifications

• Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years retail/merchandising experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly merchandising set work plans at store level.
• Refreshes, conversions, and planograms; maintain store presentation.
• Train store personnel on set knowledge.
• Manage third‑party merchandisers and communicate insights.
• Maintain regular call cycles with customers.
• Assist with regional trade shows and events.
