Job summary

Atrium is seeking a highly organized Merchandising (Web & Store) Consultant to manage merchandising assortments, SKU setups, and marketing asset coordination on a remote basis, with local NYC area for occasional on-site meetings in LIC.

The role involves collaborating with vendors and internal teams to execute brand strategies, track inventory, prepare reports, and support non-saleable programs. This contract spans 3–6 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in vendor coordination and merchandising is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Input, track, and verify all item setups and assortment management for stores and web.
• Manage vendor entries and track SKU setup processes to completion.
• Compile planogram information and manage ongoing assortment changes.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for brand touch bases.
• Coordinate marketing assets and ensure they meet brand standards.
• Communicate deadlines to vendor partners to meet timelines.
• Assist in non-saleable programs including samples and Gifts With Purchase.
• Collaborate with Merchandising teams to align sampling strategies with launches.
