Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting and interpretation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with planning systems and BI tools preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to convey complex data clearly across levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual, seasonal, monthly and weekly assortment plans aligned to financial targets.
• Support pre-season bottom-up plans for sales, inventory, markdowns and margin.
• Involve in data review for Hindsight processes and category attributes.
• Manage reforecasting of category unit and dollar plans to optimize opportunities.
• Collaborate with Merchants and Allocation to implement seasonal strategies.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and analytics to support planning and cross-functional teams.
