Addison Group is seeking a Merchandise Operations Manager for a 6‑month contract to oversee day‑to‑day merchandising and product management of the organization’s online store. The role reports to the Director of eCommerce and focuses on assortment, pricing, launches, and vendor relations for the online business.

The candidate will use data and KPIs to drive growth, improve conversions, and optimize the online shopping experience.

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years in eCommerce, merchandising, retail operations, or product management.
  • Experience managing an online retail business in an inventory-driven environment.
  • Strong eCommerce platform experience and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of all eCommerce storefronts.
  • Maintain site merchandising, navigation, collections, promotions, and featured products.
  • Ensure product information, pricing, imagery, inventory visibility, and content accuracy.
  • Monitor site performance and improve conversion and AOV.
  • Coordinate updates with Technology and Marketing teams.
  • Develop seasonal merchandising plans and promotional calendars.
  • Lead end-to-end product launches and manage setup, pricing, and placement.
  • Vendor management for sourcing, quotes, and production timelines.
  • Define KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
