Job summary

CP Engineers in Indiana is seeking a Project Manager to lead MEP-focused projects for industrial and manufacturing clients from concept through construction. You will oversee budgets, schedules, staffing, and client communications while delivering quality outcomes for the CIS practice.

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years of engineering project management experience, strong leadership and relationship skills, and a track record of managing multidisciplinary teams on large-scale facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of engineering project management experience.
• Experience managing MEP projects in industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage MEP projects from concept through construction.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Oversee staffing, scope changes, and contract compliance.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Support business development and client relationships.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across disciplines.
• Prepare and review engineering reports and bid documents.
• Manage project profitability and invoicing.
