Job summary

Two Chairs in Arizona is seeking licensed mental health professionals to deliver remote therapy to adults using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and more. You will manage a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week and document progress in an EMR while complying with HIPAA and state regulations.

We offer competitive compensation: clinical rate of $58.50/hour (plus admin rate $17.50/hour), semi-monthly pay, and a range for out-of-state clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active license in AZ (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/Psychologist) in good standing
• Willing to obtain licensure in other states; costs covered
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+); teletherapy and PHQ-9 proficiency

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week.
• Use data to track client progress and adjust treatment approaches.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer when appropriate.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant progress notes and EMR documentation
