Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general mental health program. Join acare-forward organization with built‑in clinical support, flexible scheduling, and multi-program opportunities.

Therapists work remotely with a steady caseload, using evidence-based therapies and AI-enabled documentation tools to streamline care. LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, or PhD licensure is required.

Formación

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Multi-state licensure a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; other modalities welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
