WillisCC is a thriving private group practice seeking energetic therapists, social workers, and psychologists to join our expanding team in Illinois. We welcome applications from LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, and Licensed Psychologists, as well as those with LSW/LPC who are eligible for full licensure within the next 3-4 months.

This position includes some shifts via video telehealth and some hours on-site at our studios.

Responsibilities

• Providing behavioral health services to a clinically diverse client population and their families/significant others
• Conducting individual and family therapy, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, groups, and evidence-based skills training for primary care clients
• Participating in weekly group consultations, trainings, and staff development
• Opportunities to contribute to new clinical programming within our interdisciplinary team
