Job summary

Aspire365 is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC) for a part-time 1099 telemedicine role based in Georgia. The clinician will provide direct care to individuals 12+ with mental health or substance use concerns, deliver evidence-based therapies, and coordinate multidisciplinary care.

Requirements include independent licensure in GA, 2+ years of psychiatric experience, and exams completed (ASWB Clinical; NCE/NCMHCE for LPC/CMHC). Remote work with evenings available.

Qualifications

• Active licensure in GA as LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC.
• Completion of required licensure exams (ASWB Clinical, NCE/NCMHCE as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services including individual therapy to a caseload.
• Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions as needed.
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning.
• Deliver evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI).
• Coordinate care across disciplines and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.
