Aspire365 in Illinois is seeking an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC) for a full-time telehealth role serving ages 12 and up. The position requires active IL licensure, 2+ years of psychiatric services, and the ability to conduct individual therapy and groups.

You will deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI), perform biopsychosocial assessments, create individualized treatment plans, coordinate across care teams, and maintain HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in Illinois required.
• 2+ years of providing psychiatric services.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to an assigned caseload.
• Lead or co-lead group therapy sessions.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI).
• Coordinate care across psychiatry, nursing, case management and support services.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Prepare documentation for utilization reviews and insurance authorizations.
