Job summary

CVS Health’s Minute Clinic seeks licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMHC/LMFT) for a remote, part‑time to full‑time role (20–40 hours per week). You will provide psychosocial support and therapy to patients aged 13+, collaborating with a clinical care team in a compliant, evidence‑based environment.

Ideal candidates hold a current license in one or more states and are willing to obtain additional licensure as needed.

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Must also be willing to obtain additional state licenses based on business needs.
• Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills leveraging evidence-based methodologies including but not limited to motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals aged 13+ via remote platforms.
• Collaborate with clinical care team to coordinate care and ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain licensure and adhere to professional guidelines and ethics.
• Deliver evidence-based care and engage in ongoing supervision and training.
• Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives
