Position Details

• Part-time, remote position for independently licensed therapists and counselors.
• Base pay range: $70.00/hr (fixed rate).
• No caseload requirement or non-compete clause, allowing flexibility to maintain current clients or build a new caseload.
• Insurance, billing, and client referral services are handled by Talkspace, reducing overhead costs.
• Flexible scheduling, including day, evening, and weekend hours.

Requirements

• Independently licensed (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) with proof of license.
• Professional malpractice liability insurance.
• Current NPI and CAQH numbers.

Compensation

$70 for 60-minute live sessions, with prorated rates for shorter sessions; asynchronous messaging rates vary. Bonuses are available based on engagement.
