Aspire365 is seeking an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC) for a full-time role based in Wyoming, with telehealth options. You will deliver direct clinical services to an assigned caseload, including individual therapy and potential group sessions, while coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates hold independent licensure, have at least 2 years of psychiatric experience, and English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

Aspire365 is actively seeking an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) - Full Time based in or licensed in Wyoming to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team, dedicated to providing compassionate care to individuals and families. This is a Full Time position.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Direct clinical service delivery to an assigned caseload, including individual therapy sessions and the potential to lead or co-lead clinical groups based on program need and clinician specialty.
• Potential to lead or co-facilitate group therapy sessions
• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and clinical formulation
• Develop and regularly update individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, MI) tailored to client needs
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as clinically indicated
• Development and maintenance of Integrated Service Plan
• Leads the treatment team in coordinating whole-person care and clinical decision-making across disciplines.
• Attend treatment team meetings, setting agenda and guiding clinical case discussion
• Lead case presentations and synthesize multidisciplinary input into a unified treatment approach
• Initiate treatment plan updates, delivery of care, and discharge planning
• Proactively coordinates care across psychiatry, nursing, case management, and support services to ensure continuity and quality of the client’s overall treatment experience.
• Maintains timely, accurate, and HIPAA compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policy and regulatory standards.
• Prepare documentation needed for utilization review, audits, and insurance authorization

Qualifications

• LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or similar (Required)
• Independent Licensure is required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• At least 2 years of providing psychiatric services
• LCSW candidates must have completed the Clinical Level ASWB exam
• LPC/CMHC candidates must have completed both the NCE and NCMHCE exams

Requirements

• Maintain and keep current all applicable licenses and certifications.
• Remote meeting/video conferencing proficiency
• Must be open to licensing in more states (reimbursement provided for additional states)
• Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
• Minimum availability of 3 nights a week until 8pm
