Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
• Conduct assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Provide ongoing support and crisis intervention as necessary.
• Document client interactions accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Ensure confidentiality and comply with all professional and legal standards for client care.
• Engage in continuing professional development to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Illinois.
• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting; telehealth experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems.
• Experience working with diverse populations and utilizing various therapeutic modalities is a plus.
