Job summary

Talkspace is seeking licensed mental health providers to join our remote network in the United States. As independent contractors, clinicians can maintain existing clients while filling openings on Talkspace’s platform.

Roles involve case management, note-taking, and scheduling, with optional AI tools to assist documentation. Compensation is state-dependent for 60‑minute sessions, with prorated rates for shorter sessions and possible bonuses for client engagement.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or a variant)
• Individual malpractice insurance
• Residence in the USA
• NPI and CAQH numbers (required before seeing clients)
• Experience with teens, couples, military members or women’s health issues is a bonus but not required
• Providers who only hold licensure in TX, FL, NC, or MI may be waitlisted

Responsibilities

• Manage cases, write client notes, and schedule appointments on the Talkspace platform

Education
