Job Description: We are seeking Remote Mental Health Therapists to join our network. This position offers the flexibility to create your own schedule, enabling you to balance personal commitments with professional growth. Therapists will conduct virtual sessions with clients, providing evidence-based and culturally reflective services tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients aged 10 to adult.
2. Complete diagnostic assessments and establish effective treatment plans.
3. Develop and sustain therapeutic relationships over time.
4. Ensure services are culturally reflective and address the specific needs of each client.
5. Maintain compliance with all clinical documentation requirements.

Requirements:

1. Must hold a Master’s degree in a mental health field from an accredited institution.
2. Active licensure in good standing for clinical practice in North Carolina (LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.).
3. Comfort with technology and capable of navigating new electronic health record systems.
4. Associate licensure welcome with required supervision.
5. Commitment to maintaining a minimum caseload as per policy.
6. Ability to pass a background check and be credentialed by insurance panels and state/federal programs.
