Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with Group Quality Supervisor monthly for check‑in.
• Follow Charlie Health policies and procedures.
• Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision.
• Communicate clearly with clients, staff, families, and referents.
• Be available in late afternoons/evenings and Saturdays to align with adolescent/young adult clients.
