Job summary

Quail Run Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated Remote Mental Health Counselor to join our team. In this full-time role, you will deliver therapy, conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans for a diverse client base, leveraging teletherapy to serve individuals from home.

The ideal candidate holds a psychology, social work, counseling degree, state licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD) and at least two years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field is required.
• A valid state license such as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A minimum of two years of proven clinical experience in a mental health setting is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, either in group or one-on-one formats.
• Conduct thorough psychological assessments to evaluate patient needs and design personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize clinical skills to manage crisis situations and provide immediate interventions.
• Maintain accurate case notes, treatment logs, and progress summaries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
