• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active, unrestricted license (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD).
• Minimum of two years experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adults.
• Demonstrated expertise in intake assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Strong writing skills and clear session documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population, primarily focusing on adults experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma-related disorders. Additionally, you may collaborate with schools to support students facing mental health challenges, allowing you to impact young lives.

Qualifications

• A master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted license that permits the provision of unsupervised mental health therapy services (e.g., LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD).
• A minimum of two years of experience providing clinical psychotherapy to adult populations.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing intake assessments, diagnosing conditions, and formulating treatment plans.
• Strong writing skills for the completion of session documentation.
• A clean professional record, free of disciplinary actions from any licensing board.
• License to practice in Massachusetts.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with community health resources and collaborative care models.
• Expertise in adjusting therapeutic techniques to meet individual client needs across various demographics.

Compensation and Benefits
