Job summary

CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking experienced Affiliate Mental Health Coaches to provide virtual, short-term mental health coaching through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Coaching typically consists of 5-10 30-minute sessions, with referrals to higher levels of care when needed.

As an independent contractor, you will support employees and their eligible family members, helping build resilience, coping skills, and personal growth, while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health field required.
• Current coaching certification from ICF/NBHWC or equivalent.
• Experience delivering mental health coaching via virtual platforms.
• Experience with workplace mental health and well-being.
• Familiarity with technology for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual, one-on-one mental health coaching sessions (30 minutes each).
• Deliver short-term, solution-focused coaching using evidence-based principles.
• Develop individualized coaching plans with measurable goals.
• Refer participants to counseling or therapy when needed.
• Document sessions accurately in CuraLinc's documentation system.
• Maintain participant confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training.
