Job summary

Lever, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for a remote role with upside in the United States. This seat is inbound, you will talk with people who already requested help on financial-protection options and you’ll be trained, coached, and measured on activity and results.

You’ll receive a written process so you are not inventing the job, coaching from people who have done the work, and a clear path into leadership if you produce. Interviews are on Zoom.

Qualifications

• Inbound sales experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable communicating with clients via video.
• Able to work effectively in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound conversations from interested clients and explain options clearly.
• Explain benefit options simply to help clients decide on a fit.
• Assist clients in enrolling when it matches their needs.
• Maintain a disciplined follow-up rhythm with prospects.
