Job summary

Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council is seeking a Member Experience Manager to drive membership growth and volunteer engagement across regions. The role includes recruitment campaigns, data analysis, and supporting volunteers with resources, training, and collaboration across councils.

You’ll coordinate events, build partnerships with schools and communities, and ensure compliant, effective onboarding while promoting a robust mentoring program and positive community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education.
• English required; bilingual a plus. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts and to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
• Proficient with Council technology platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid Texas driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to work from home with high speed internet and a quiet workspace.

Responsibilities

• Achieve girl and adult membership goals via recruitment and retention strategies.
• Analyze demographics, membership trends, and data to recruit and engage volunteers, girls, and adults.
• Support new troop leaders with visits, resources, and programming guidance.
• Maintain and communicate recruitment events and use social media, school websites, and partners.
• Support volunteers in planning recruitment and community development activities.
• Cultivate relationships with volunteers and partners across regions and councils.
• Oversee Volunteer onboarding across communities, including training and vetting.
• Engage communities geographically with networking, partnerships, and facilities coordination.
• Monitor operations and ensure compliance with risk management policies.
