Job summary

Girl Scouts of Montana and Wyoming is seeking a dedicated Member Experience Manager in Kalispell, MT. This role focuses on growing and supporting Girl Scout membership across the Northwest Montana region through outreach, volunteer development, and strong community partnerships.

You will drive recruitment, leadership training, and program delivery, while promoting STEM and outdoor initiatives. The position requires travel within the region and a commitment to providing girls with hands-on,

Qualifications

Develop and implement year-round membership recruitment strategies.
Identify and engage new communities, schools, and organizations to expand Girl Scout participation.
Meet established membership and retention goals for both girls and adult volunteers.
Represent Girl Scouts and engage directly with the public throughout the Northwest Montana region.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, train, and support adult volunteers and troop leaders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for troop leaders within your region.
Provide coaching, problem-solving, and ongoing support to volunteers.
Develop partnerships to increase awareness of Girl Scouts and expand access to programming.
Track performance metrics and evaluate recruitment and retention efforts.
