What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations while participating in outreach initiatives
- Collaborate with team members and participate in staff development programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Experience in direct consumer interaction and telephone sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage elderly individuals
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote work environment
- Ability to analyze program criteria and communicate effectively via phone and correspondence
