Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy required.
• Experience in managed care, patient access, or specialty preferred.
• Hospital, ambulatory, and community pharmacists open to transition welcomed.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving with strong patient-advocacy mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support prescribers and patients through prior-authorization and coverage process.
• Identify eligibility for manufacturer assistance, co-pay support, and patient assistance programs.
• Coordinate with providers, case managers, and payers to ensure timely approval and delivery.
• Educate patients and staff on insurance coverage, financial resources, and access options.
• Track outcomes and continuously improve processes reducing barriers to care.
