Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct medical coding or medical billing in a healthcare setting.

• Medicare FFS experience preferred.
• Experience with low-code / no-code case management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review Medicare FFS claims (Part A/B, DMEPOS, Home Health/Hospice) for accuracy.
• Apply CMS and NCD/LCD policies and document findings.
• Support dispute resolution with documentation.
• Assist with audits, training, and process improvement.
• Ensure CMS security and privacy compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency.
