Job summary

Precision Medicine Group’s Precision University offers a paid, remote 12-week Medical Writing Intern program for upcoming PhD/PharmD graduates, starting February 2027, with 10–15 hours weekly.

You will work with the Medical Communications team to develop content for a range of deliverables, evaluate literature, verify citations, and apply AMA style. Successful interns may be considered for Medical Writer roles after completion.

Qualifications

• Impeccable written and verbal communications skills.
• Expertise in gathering, evaluating, and summarizing scientific literature.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Develop content for medical writing deliverables tailored to diverse audiences.
• Learn to evaluate scientific literature, coordinate references, and verify accuracy of cited information.
• Apply AMA style and guidelines to submissions and materials.
