About the account: DrCatalyst

DrCatalyst (DrC) is a remote healthcare staffing organization with over 750 billable staff from the Philippines. We are looking for Medical Transcriptionists who are ready to transcribe live patient calls and take dictations from their client.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: Night shift PHT, Full time, Remote work for those outside Cebu province only with solid experience as a Medical Transcriptionist.

Responsibilities

• Transcribe live patient calls and take dictations from clients, specifically in Dermatology.
• Convert audio files and download to Express Scribe.
• Transcribe within 24 hours all files received during the day.
• Ensure 98% to 100% accuracy in transcriptions.
• Proofread all transcriptions before entering data in visit notes to avoid errors.
• Enter data in EMR Visit Notes after proofreading.
• Notify the client upon completion of data entry.
• Complete all dictations for the day from the client.
• Perform additional tasks as per client requests.
• Complete notes during encounters, incorporating essential elements as dictated by the provider.
• Complete prescriptions dictated by the provider and send electronically.
• Candidates should have dermatology and medical terminology experience.
• Notify the client after completing EMR data entry.

Requirements

• Must be a Medical Allied Graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience in Dermatology Transcription.
• Good attention to detail.
• Typing speed of 55 WPM with 95% accuracy.
• Good listening, comprehension, and research skills.
• Proficiency in English grammar and pronunciation, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of medical terminologies.
• Ability to focus and concentrate with minimal distractions.
• Training and certifications will be provided.
• Physically fit to work in a BPO setting.

Salary and Benefits (PHP)

• Maximum PHP 28,000/month for less experienced candidates.
• Maximum PHP 35,000/month for experienced candidates.
