AMD is seeking a mid-level Medical Technologist for a remote role based in Bellevue. The position offers a salary range around $100,000 to $133,000 with full medical, dental, and vision benefits, generous PTO, and day-one mentorship.

The selected candidate will stage resuscitation bays, manage remote patient panels, document critical patient information, teach pharmacology techniques to families, and proactively flag pending results to keep the team ahead.

Responsibilities

• Stage the resuscitation bay each shift — airway, access, meds — so nothing is hunted mid-code
• Manage a remote panel of chronic patients, calling between visits when NIHSS Certification numbers drift
• Document refusals, allergies, and advance directives where the whole team can find them fast
• Teach Pharmacology technique to families taking a patient home, then have them show you back
• Keep the mid-level provider one step ahead by flagging pending results before they're asked for
