Job summary

You will build field engagement plans, present scientifically, and share insights to support pipeline and product value while aligning medical plans with regional priorities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant medical/scientific field is required.
• 2+ years in field medical/MSL or related clinical experience in hematology/rare diseases preferred.
• Experience engaging with healthcare systems, payers, KOLs, and investigators is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Build engagement plans with field partners to generate insights and inform strategic decisions.
• Serve as trusted scientific partner to external experts and organizations.
• Educate healthcare providers through high-quality scientific presentations.
• Communicate benefits, risks, and clinical value of Sanofi products accurately.
• Understand medical priorities across countries and align medical plans with business goals.
