Responsibilities

• Process all incoming ROI requests promptly and accurately.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy and a 24-hour turnaround for non-STAT requests.
• Validate requests for PHI release per procedures and perform quality checks.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance during transport, storage, and disposal of PHI.
• Complete legal affidavits and update facility guides as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with requestors.
