We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a skilled Medical Malpractice Attorney to join a mid-size, multi-jurisdictional heavyweight firm. This role offers up to $180K base plus bonus and a fully remote schedule, enabling flexible work-life balance.

Lead sophisticated malpractice matters, develop strategic litigation plans, and advocate in state and federal courts while advising healthcare clients on liability and risk management.

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to practice in applicable jurisdictions.
• Experience handling medical malpractice cases and complex litigation.
• Strong trial advocacy and motions practice.
• Proven ability to develop case strategy and manage multi-party matters.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex medical malpractice matters involving hospitals and physicians.
• Develop case strategy and drive outcomes across pleadings, discovery, motions, and trials.
• Lead courtroom appearances in state and federal courts, mediations, and arbitrations.
