Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of medical malpractice litigation across California state courts from intake to resolution or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, notices of intent, and government claims under applicable statutes.
• Identify and prepare expert witnesses and conduct depositions of relevant parties and experts.
• Leverage AI-assisted legal tools for research, review, and trial preparation.
