Law Firms is seeking a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join its California litigation team. This role offers 100% remote work with options to work hybrid from Los Angeles, San Diego, Long Beach, Irvine or San Francisco, and a compensation package up to $250,000 plus bonus.

The ideal candidate holds an active California Bar license, has experience in medical malpractice defense or professional liability, and will manage cases from inception to resolution, including depositions, discovery,

Responsabilidades

• Handle medical malpractice defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage discovery, expert witness coordination, and case strategy.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Assist with trial preparation and participate in trial proceedings.

Billables Hours: 1850

Compensation: $180k - $250k + Bonus

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
